Latency Bandwidth Computation for NCS2006

Can someone provide a guidelines in calculating latency in NCS2006...

What are the things to consider on this?

Do you use CTP? Latenci of all channels are calculated here. Otherwise it depends on the number of cards on the path and the length of optical cable.
