Well,, thank you Mr. Walter Dey, I will study these and will let u know if i can succeed on this mission.
By the way, can you give some tips on the following questions ?
1. is there any licensing issue regarding the ports of Nexus switch ?
2. How to understand which port belongs to 10GB FC, 8GB FC ,1GB Ethernet or all ports support all types of modules ?

As per customer requirement we have to connect SAN STORAGE and Server on Nexus 5548UP switch. So below configuration is required on Nexus 5548UP1) Single zone creation to communicate Storage with Server on single Nexus 5548UP.We have convert the Switch's half port 17 - 32 in FC but we are not able to get PWWN of server as server and storage fc port are coming in initialize mode.

I'm guessing you are missing 'feature npiv' maybe?
You have VSANs defined, and assigned to your FC ports?
Are you expecting to use vsan trunking on your interfaces facing hosts? May need feature fport-channel-trunk, etc.
What are your FC port configurations?
What kind of hosts/hba's are you connecting? UCSB, Rack servers, etc...
Assuming you've define a zone with wwpns for the vsan,,zoneset for the zone,, and the zonetset is activated...
Thanks,
Kirk...
