Nexus 5596UP and Nexus 4001I

Sorry for asking this kind of question but I'm new configuring switches Nexus, I want to connect a Nexus 5596UP with a Nexus 4001I, I have read configuration guides that are available on Cisco web but some options are not clear enough to me, so it will be more clearly for me if someone could share a configuration guide example for both Nexus.
