sh ip int not working with 5.0(4d)

Since upgrade to 5.0(4d) on MDS9513 the following command doesn't work (worked with previous versions) -

MDS1# sh ip int
Internal error during command execution (11 8b) MDS1# 2011 Oct 14 14:57:23 MDS1 %VSHD-2-VSHD_SYSLOG_EOL_ERR: EOL function ipconf_show_ip_if_all from library libipconfcli.so exited due to Signal 11

Is this a known bug?

This appears to be defect

CSCtq01451    vsh asserts while executing "show IP interface" command

fixed in 5.2.1 and higher release.
