I have already gone through datasheet and not able to find information about this part no  ucs-ep-mds9148s-16.

DS-C9148S-12PK9 is very straight forward part no, 

but whats a differene between both of them ?

As per i know they are end of life i guess. check with refurbished with cisco partner.
