Using Cisco Zone Migrator

in the documentation for this tool it says that port-based and domain-based zones are not support for migration 

we are using brocade switches but I'm not sure of the zone types.

Cisco Zone Migrator does not support domain-based or port-based zone conversion. If any zone member types are unknown in the Brocade configuration, please change them manually before taking the “cfgshow” output. If the tool finds any domain-based or port-based zoning configuration in the “cfgshow” output, it will create a log file with error messages for domain-based and port-based zone members.

Does anyone know how to check this? What other types of zones would there be ?

it will show up as pwwn instead of wwn in the config.
