2*SG550XG-8F8T ( Nativ Stack ) & total outage at Dell Lifecycle Manager download Firmware update of a R7415

Hi,

have here a few ESXi hosts with redundancy across 2 stack units (iSCSI plus Etherchannel for non iSCSI).

The stack rebooted a lot of times as I started a firmware download from ftp.dell.com via the lifecycle manager.

Even the master unit was not pingable. Therefor the SAN gave up and the VMs too (had to restore 6 VMs from backup).

Have issues with the boxes since 2 years. Firmware is up-to-date (as always in the past). 

Another problem occurred later on, the Etherchannel hashing was out-of-sync between the switch and the ESXi hosts, so

some connections were possible, some not. Got it fixed by plugging/reinsert both cables.

I would like to get this fixed. How to achieve this? The there any way to get an technical (who is able to analyse this kind to problems and fix it ) involved?
