Hi all,
Our client requires us to get our L3 switches updated due to EOL issue. We are eyeing for 2960XR but not sure with the EOL support for this product. I have come across with 2960XR datasheet and it says something for EOL but not really sure what it means. Could you please enlighten me if we are on the right path purchasing 2960XR and support for this products will last for more years. always thankful to all of you.

Hi there,
the only EoL notices for the 2960XR relate for particular the software trains: 15.2(6)Exx, 15.2(2)E and 15.0(2)EX
There are plenty of other software trains not EoL'd or deferred which you can choose from:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284832159/type/280805680/release/15.2.4E8
There is no EoL for the hardware platform which would be your major concern.
cheers,
Seb.
