Hello !
May be someone faced with following problem:
I have just upgraded my SG200-26P up to 1.4.1.03 version.
When SG200 just started it works OK and no any problems but after some hours I can't get access Web interface via mangement address.
I can't ping it at all :((( And only reboot switch help me to restore connectivity.
I will appreciate for any ideas.

How many SG200's do you have?
Was this issue experienced prior to the upgrade?
Did you remove all configurations and start over?

I have one SG200-26P and we have just bought another one SG200-26FP but have not installed it yet.
No, I had not this issue before firmware ugrade.
I had FW version 1.1.2.0 and 3 days ago I made FW upgrade to 1.4.1.03.
Yesterday I rebooted SG200 a few times due to problem with access to web interface though I could ping my management address.
The main problem that SG200 is located 400 km from me and access to SG200 is very sensitive for me. It's a pitty that SG200 don't have console port. So, as my colleague was near SG200 yesterday I was able to reboot it using my colleague. Eventually I made downgrade FW to previos release v.1.4.0.88. And it still works fine.

We installed antoher one SG200-26FP. It was upgraded to 1.4.1.03 as well. But it's working without problem with current firmware.
