C2960L-24TS-LL can not access to webgui

my device runs image version 15.2(6)E2b with image c2960l-universalk9-mz.152-6.E2b.bin. and I up image c2960l-universalk9-tar.152-6.E2b.tar to flash. 

I try by infor :

But still can not access to webgui to config.

Do you have solution on this case.

Hi,

What is the output/error when you try to access the switch web GUI through the browser? Are you sure you enter the switch IP address (HTTP or HTTPS) on the browser?

Can you post show version and show run from console if you have access?

Hi,

You will need to use UNIVERSAL WITH WEB BASED DEV MGR  c2960l-universalk9-tar.152-5c.E IOS version (https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286309102/type/280805680/release/15.2.5cE).  The point is you need to have embedded web based device manager so the IOS must be the combined aforementioned tar file which includes both the IOS and web based device manager. When you list the files in your flash there should be an "HTML" directory.

yes. I have upgraded image compality with IOS running ( as I mention on topic ) . but it fail when access to web.

Please upgrade the IOS to c2960l-universalk9-tar.152-7.E2.tar (https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286309102/type/280805680/release/15.2.7E2). What is the error output? just session timed out or?

Hi,

i just can not access to webgui.

I try with account cisco/cisco or cisco/Cisco or admin/cisco or admin/admin .... but still fail.

I check on gg and see that Cisco recommend with version 15.2(6).2b can access with smartm/c2960lsm. I try it but not true.
