can not reset SG300-52MP, system light not on.

Hello, 

I have problem to reset SG300-52MP switch.

The system light is not on and all port is flashing.

I pushed reset button but it does not work.

Please share any idea.

 - The device may be broken , attach a console and check if any output can be observed.

Connect the console cable do the below the setting on the putty 

Braud rate -115200
data bits-8
Parity- None
Stop bits - 1

post here what is the output written on the  console.
