Cannot login to sg200-26 after factory reset.

After a factory reset I can no longer log in to the switch.  This reset appeared to work, as the switch's IP changed back to factory default, and I can bring up the web interface there.  It refuses to permit logins using either the old user/password combo or the default cisco/cisco combo.  Any ideas?

Hi ,

After your factory reset , have you got assigned with IP address from 192.168.1.x segment , and you should reach the switch using 192.168.1.254 IP address .

Try reset-ing again and try with default username cisco and password cisco

I appreciate the help.  I am on the same segment (192.168.1.10/24) and can get to 192.168.1.254 fine.

A repeat reset results in the same inability to login.
