CBS350-8P-E-2G (PoE port issues after lightning strike outside house)

My house took a possible lightning strike and now my switch will not power my PoE WiFi AP. I tried every command I could think of for PoE configuraiton, but cannot get the ports to work for PoE. Everything else is fine and no issues with non-PoE devices.

I used the Command Guide for PoE configurations, but nothing worked. Here is what I have configured on the switchports, including trying different ones. Also is the Power output. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

 - Try factory reset , but possibly the device got broken and needs to be replaced (RMA)  ,

Hello @qutihp4lyf,

If you continue to experience issues despite of #power inline auto command on interfaces, it's possible that the lightning strike may have damaged the PoE capabilities of your switch, and it may be necessary to initiate the RMA process with the manufacturer or vendor of the switch.

Best regards
