I purchased a CBS350-8T-E-2G from Amazon.ca (ships from / sold by Amazon.ca) in April 2021 which has functioned without issue until this past week when it randomly powered off and will not power back on despite swapping electrical outlets and/or holding the manual reset button on the front face of the unit...
Is it possible to return this item to Cisco for inspection/repair?
Thanks in advance

@ms2023 can be a issue in power supply. because you have bought it in Amazon, i dont think its covered with cisco contract. contact your local cisco partner to get if anything they can do on this case.

Unfortunately, Cisco's return and warranty policies can vary depending on the product and region. In your case, since you purchased the CBS350-8T-E-2G from Amazon.ca, it's recommended to first contact Cisco's customer support to inquire about the warranty status and potential repair options for your specific product. They will be able to provide guidance on whether you can return the item to Cisco for inspection and repair.
