Hi, community!
I have one sg200-50p and can't understand how to configure Device ID on It for CDP neighbors. When I do
sh cdp neighbors
on other switch I can see only Device ID
bc671cb6f56c
for my sg200, but not his host name. How I can fix it?

Hello,
see link below. It states device name is serial number or Mac address for the sg200.

I needed view a host name of my Sg200 on other device in cdp. Your manual show how to edit cdp info on SG200. But it help me to configure cdp info about my device. It should be choose correct source interface. And now all right. Thank's!

I write a shell script to get the information for CDP via SNMP. Now I can get the hostname of SG200.
The result likes the following format:
command: $ ./shcdp.sh <community> <ip address>
[richard@vina tmp]$ ./shcdp.sh cisco123 192.168.10.252
CDP Neighber: From SLM2048T-10-252 gi50 connect to
C4507E.samlple.com(cisco WS-C4507R+E) GigabitEthernet1/4
