I recently acquired a Cisco 2504 wireless controller however the previous owner dose not recall the username or password for this unit. Is there a way to reset it back to the factory default username and password?
When it boots up, it will ask for the username/password. Read that line properly because using the username "factory-default" equates to factory-reset the config.
