Cisco 5508 Wireless Controller - Configuration

We have an existing 5508 Controller for our Wireless Cisco AP-WiFi.  The District just purchased a refurb 5508 with 25 Licenses to add in one of the outlying remote Schools.

1) Is it possible to backup the configuration from the existing 5508 and apply it to the new/used controller?

2) What is the best Terminal Emulator to use to open the configuration and list out the configuration, change the IP, etc.?
