cisco ip phone 7920 not work with switche SGE2010P

I have switche SGE2010P, router 871 and 3 cisco ip phone 7920.

If cisco ip phone 7920 connected to switche SGE2010P then link is down. But if cisco ip phone 7920 connected  to router 871 then link is up.

In the log switche SGE2010P is not event about this.

Why are cisco ip phone 7920 not work with switche SGE2010P?

Hi Dimitrii, how long do you leave the phone connected? By default, it can take up to 52 seconds for the phone to get link up and work because the switch is running classic spanning tree by default. You may want to manually enable port fast on each switchport you plan to use the phone.

This switch does not support CDP or LLDP-MED. If you are relying on these discovery protocols, this will not help. For any vlans, you would have to manually set the port configurations for the vlans.

What firmware version is running on the switch? It may be prudent to ensure you're using the latest software on the switch.

If you connect a computer to the same port you connected the phone, does it work?

The phone leave connected 2 days.

Firmware version is running on the switch 3.0.2.0. This is last version software.

A computer is worked, if he connected to same port.

Hi Dmitrii, can you manually set the port speed to 100 full duplex?
