I found this webpage, which lets you download software for all of the SG/SF300 Series line of switches. Find the model of switch that you own, and see if the MIBs you're looking for are available for download.

Hi guys,
I also have some issues with MIB. I am using SG350-10 and SG250-08
- Firstly, I have downloaded the last MIB file from cisco. I knowed MIB is relate to SNMP, but I didnt know how to upload to switch
- Secondly I would like to use PHP to call SNMP to check switch port vlan, and change (if needed). But Where I can find the OID, I saw some OID on cisco page but it only support for IOS switch not SMB series like SGXX
