Cisco SG 300-10MP login problems after factory reset

Hi All,

 

I've just bought a used Cisco Small Business SG 300-10MP switch but currently have problems setting it up. 

 

I've already factory resetted the Switch multiple times but no default password is working..

 

Currently tried: cisco/cisco; Cisco/Cisco; Admin123/Admin123

 

Any ideas to get around this?

Hi Marce,

 

I'm not really able to get into the Web interface somehow... 

 

The standard IP of 192.168.1.254 does not work for me, neither over Wireless nor LAN connection. Also not when I'm directly connected to the Switch via Ethernet(Tho I receive internet connection)

 

I've also tried to find the correct IP. Was not able to find it through my Unifi Setup but neither through Nmap. 

 

Do you maybe have another idea how i can connect to the web interface?
