I have switch cisco SG-300 software version 1.3.0.x & boot version 1.1.0.6.
So i can upgrade firmware to 1.4.11.5 ?

yes 1.3 to 1.4 direct upgrade possible, suggest to take the backup config before upgrade, and offload to your local disk.
