Cisco SG200-08 (P) without any support?

Hello,

I have several SG200-08(P) in operation and for several years there has been the problem that configuration with current browsers is not possible without errors.
The SG200-08(P) can only be configured reliably with IE or with Edge in IE mode.

The SG200-08(P) is not EOL, I can still buy it new today!
Sometimes it is criticized that the last firmware 1.0.8.3 is from 2014. Basically I don't see that as a problem as long as everything works without errors. However, this does not seem to be the case with the SG200-08(P) at several points.

Cisco has solved the problem with the CRC error in the language file for firmware 1.0.8.3 by removing the language file from the download server. The last available language file is now from 2013.

I am very aware that small business customers for whom one or more SG200-08(P) is sufficient for their network are of little or no importance to Cisco. But leaving customers completely unsupported is a poor achievement.

I put a little more money into my hand and decided on CISCO and not LOGILINK or TP-LINK in my network!

Very disappointed with Cisco
