Hello

i have a cisco sg200-10fp

and system led blinking after factory reset always with no acess can you help

ether ports are on after a while

Here's the answer to your query.

Blinking system LED is switch's normal behavior in default mode.
This show that switch is working on default settings and default IP address - 192.168.1.254.
Once the switch is configured with new Ip address the LED will stop blinking showing that the switch is configured and not in default mode.
Remove the switch from the LAN (i.e., disconnect all wires from the switch).
Hold the reset button in for atleast 30 seconds.
After that, check the switch in standalone mode (connect a single laptop with the switch using LAN cable).
Disable the wireless connection on the computer and assign the NIC an ip address 192.168.1.10 with a 255.255.255.0 mask and default gateway 192.168.1.254.
Try to access the switch (with only the single computer connected).
