Cisco sg200-50p ports will sometimes light and other times wont

Hello Everyone, 

Here is the dilemma, I have a sg200-50p in my small business building managing all the ethernet. I'm trying to plug in new ethernet devices on the PoE side of the switch and find that not all of the switches are turning on/the green lights don't appear. I have tried moving a wire that does have a green light to other switches and all of them turn green when that wire is plugged in, but others wont turn on. 

I'm looking for any advice or help on this as it is a discontinued model.

 - For none-working connection check the logs on the sg200 when the connection (attempt) is being made ,
