Good day!
I have a Cisco SG200-8 Smart Switch and I need to get into it to mirror some ports.
The default address is supposed to be 192.168.1.254 and I have the computer(s) (I've tried several) configured for the proper network address and mask.
No ping, and I can't access it with the web interface.
Did Cisco change the default address and not tell anyone or something?
I have tried the reset button, short to restart it and long to reset it to factory all to no avail.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If you have an existing DHCP server on the network, the SG200 will try to get a dynamic address before falling back to 192.168.1.254. I would look at the MAC on your switch label, check your DHCP server and see if you have a binding for it there. If you do, that's where you need to point your web browser.
