Cisco SG300 Memory Utilization Command and OID

I am not able to find any information about OIDs for Cisco SG300. Is there any document or reference?

I have Command Line Reference for 300 Series. Does TCAM (show system tcam util) as same as Memory (show memory)?

not sure that command will work on SG300 because it's a limited cli.
