Cisco Switch 3650 SYST light flashing green

Cisco Switch 3650 SYST light flashing green and all the ports are not working, how do I fix this.

Connect Console with the Switch and share what is the output.

If console connects surly image will be corrupted and will on ROMON so you have to re-image it. 

if nothing happens in the console Raise an RMA for that

as other suggestion, connect console and check, if nothing, then Raise a TAC case for RMA.
