Cisco Switch Configuration GUI webpage

Hi, I am having a problem with configuring my 24 port Cisco switch. When logging into the GUI web page; there is no text and I am unable to select anything. Please refer to pictures attached below.

Is this a faulty switch or? The switch is brand new and has been defaulted using the default button.

Hello, 

that usually happen with Internet Explorer.  you can either add it to compativility views or a different web browser would be better as Leo told you,

This is what I thought but the client is a flight away. I have passed this onto the relevant people.
