Port configuration is:

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/47
switchport access vlan 30

If i connect the camera direct with the laptop providing power to the camera by adapter then the camera is working fine

Thanks for responding

Hi so poe is working fine looking at that output you have 330 watts remaining but your trying to power a 1000 watt camera on a port that has a max of 30 watts per use  , are you sure its using that much ? a phone uses 15.4 , max is 30 watts per port

is camera plugged into g1/0/47

Camera voltage is 12v  2.0A it means 24 watts sorry for wrong information in previous email.

and yes the camera is plugged into g1/0/47

ah 24 seems about right :)  does it say what poe it uses , 2960s support 802.3af poe

you can try set the port as well to static instead of auto as an option

couple of options in this doc below for 2960s  but the most important thing is probably confirm what type of poe it uses and if the Cisco switch matches it

let me know if setting it to static works and if you find the poe type of the device

Try this command as well if the above fails it was a bug fix ----power inline 2x-port

This is a POE Tshoot doc as well maybe something in it
