Connecting 50 micron to 62.5 fiber

I need some help.  I want to connect a 50 micron fiber from the 3rd floor to a 62.5 on the first floor.  They both meet on the 2nd floor.  Is there some type of media converter switch that I can install inline to make it work.  Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

You can look at using a mode conditioning patch cord.
