I have an offline system that hat the CBS220 24 port switch. I have ssh enabled and password authentication enabled. The account credentials are supplied in Nessus. The Nessus scan states no for credentialed scan but have a separate plugin that states it was able to login into the host with the supplied credentials. The account being used is a level 15 account, I have also tried a user account with enable password and still receive the same errors. Looking for help to get the scan to state credentialed.
Edit: I am able to login using ssh through the cmd prompt and PuTTY.
Thank you
Clint

looks to me more like a question on Nessus than a CBS220
but it could mean is cannot do a snmpv3 authenticated scan
do you find anything in the CBS220 logging regarding the failed authentication ?
furthermore
>>> The Nessus scan states no for credentialed scan but have a separate plugin that states it was able to login into the host with the supplied credentials <<<
Tenable Nessus Credentialed Checks (Tenable Nessus 10.6)
You can detect if your credentials are not working using plugin 21745.
...
When a login is successful, this plugin does not produce a result.
=> this is contradictory with your information that a successful login is logged ???

chughes03, I'm having the same issue with the same switch. Were you able to find a solution? Thanks in advance.
