Download and Flash Firmware over Console

Hello, how can I update and download cisco sg300-10 over Terminal? I send a screenshot. I choose 1 to download software but nothing. Can anyone help me? The newest firmware is still downloaded on my pc.

 It is possible however extremelly slow and you need to use a different console client. The console client must support XModem.
