Cisco SG300-10 error Console

My Switch resets continously. Can anyone help me please? I don´t know about Cisco,it´s my first cisco switch.

- Following this thread https://community.cisco.com/t5/small-business-switches/fatal-error-on-cisco-sg300-10mpp/td-p/2881507 , this seems to be a hardware problem, you will probably have to replace the device (RMA)
