Does a SG250-26HP support telnet and ssh access on firmware version 2.1.0.60? It does not display as an option to be enabled in TCP/UDP services on the GUI, in Basic or Advanced display mode.

Hi,
My name is Ritesh Sharma from Cisco TAC.
The telnet and ssh option will not be seen on the GUI with firmware 2.1.0.XX. Please upgrade the firmware to 2.3.5.56.
Once upgraded, you will see an option to enable telnet or ssh under TCP/UDP services.
Please mark it as helpful if it resolves your query.
Thanks and Regards

Thank you so much for this answer. I have a follow up question; do these models no longer use a Boot Code that also needs updated? Also, can I update from 2.1.0.60 to 2.3.5? Thank you!

Hi,
Thank you for marking my reply as helpful.
Also I would like to inform you that SG250 is a Tesla series switch which don't have boot code to be installed. Boot Code are installed in only Nikola series switches.
Thanks and regards
