I need to confure 3 ESW-520, 2 24 ports and 1 48 ports, connected in etherlink on the same vlan. One of the 24 ports and the 48 ports works perfectly, the other 24 ports it working, i can use it as a flat switch, i can also access from the console, but i can't access from the http configuration utility. I upgrade the firmware, and set the vlan 1, the one i'm using as the only management, but i can't access ti the default ip 192.168.10.2. It's the switch broken or i'm making some error?

Hi Mauro,
hmmm no management IP i wonder how you upgraded firmware..
step 1. manually set an IP address for VLAN1.
In my case below make sure you disable DHCP and save your selection. the IP address is a free/unallocated IP address in my VLAN1 network.
now double check, I am wondering what IP address the switch tells you it now has goto ;
System Configuration Menu > 6. IP Configuration > 4. Network Configuration
step 2 try to ping another device like the router gateway.
Can you ping another device on the same network ?
AND can your PC ping the IP address of the errant ESW520 switch ?
step 3 There is an option within the GUI to disable the GUI, which I guess could have been done by mistake.
The easiest way to overcome this is to factory reset the unit via the console. Please take the option from the console to reset the switch to factory defaults. (This is also a easy step)
Step 4. Check your IP address settings, the switch should get a IP address from a DHCP server.
Again make sure you can ping the switch from your PC
If you can ping the ESW520 switch from your PC, check to see if the GUI comes up, if not take the next step.
Step 5. .If you are at this point sounds like its time to call in the heavy guns.
ESW switches is supported by a great warranty, if these previous steps have failed, why not have a chat to the good folk at SBSC, see reference URL immediately below for contact details.

The datasheet states;
"Cisco ESW 500 Series Switches come with a 5-year limited hardware warranty that includes next-business-day advance hardware replacement (where available).”
If you have to avail yourself of this service.
