Hi,
We just realized that our switches run on a old firmware 3.0.0.69.
Can someone confirm if it will be possible to update directly from 3.0.0.69 version to current available one (3.3.0.16) ? Or do we have to update former versions at first, like 3.1.1.7 or 3.2.1.1?
Thanks for your help.

On the release note for 3.3, attached, the only information related to previous version we can see it:
"Please read the Readme note before installing the firmware upgrade. If upgrading from any firmware below
3.2.0.84 to 3.2.0.84 or greater, note that the firmware upgrade process may take approximately 15 minutes to
complete. During this time, the switch may not show any activity. As part of the upgrade process, switch may
reboot couple of times. Interrupting the upgrade process may result in permanent damage to the switch and
make it unusable."
Which means, firm below 3.2 to 3.2 or greater to 3.2 will take 15 minutes. There is no recomendation for intermediate version.

Hi Flavio,
thanks for your reponse. I successfully updated my CBS250-24T-4X to 3.3.0.16. I also updated one of my 3 CBS350-48T-4G to 3.3.0.16. I tried the second one, but I'm not sure if the update was successful. I can not connect to the console anymore.
How can I connect to the console again?
Thanks for your help.

Console is a connection that must be available in situation like that. If not, something bad happended.
Factory reset the Switch and start over.
