Firmware Images for SGE2000P

Hi Everybody

I've received a Linksys SGE2000p switch that came with the original boot and firmware version: 1.0.0.05 / 1.0.0.45, and I've been trying to found unsuccesfully a newest image version.

I've contacted Cisco support and they say that they can't provide the software images nor create a support contract, and they suggest me to create a discussion here.

Do you know where I could find this software images?.

For Cisco the device is "retired" and they have no support page anymore

first: did you try the linksys website?

second: you can try if the linksys connect software can locate the switch on your network to manage config and firmware.

(the linksys firmware version not the Cisco rebranded)

Thanks, I've tried all the suggested options but none is available.

My only hope here is that someone had the file already downloaded.
