firmware upgrade SG 200-08 Smart Switch fails

Today i noticed newer firmware is available.

My current version is 1.0.7.4, SG200-08x_FW_1.0.8.3.stk is available on cisco.com.

After downloading this file I choose Administration->File Management, select the file en click on "Apply".

Then i see a flickering of my screen and immediately a white windows with the button "OK" appears.

When checking Status en Statistics I see the current version has not changed.

This happens with Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

 

What can i do to make upgrading succesfull?
