Gigabit Ethernet Module

In the office we have Cisco Catalyst 3560-X Switch(with C3KX-NM10 Module) and Cisco Catalyst 3560G Switch,

Witch Gigabit Ethernet or SFP module do I need to connect the two of them.  Currently I'm using fiber and media converter for the connection for a distance around 50 meters between them.

So if you have MM fiber and want to get rid of the media converters you should use the "GLC-SX-MMD" SFPs.
