How I can get access to CLI

Hello. I have Cisco SFP300-24 management switch with Gigabit uplinks (firmware version 1.0.0.27) and I can't get access to it CLI. I connected to it via console port and with SSH, but I only get access to menu instead of classic cisco CLI. Functionality of this menu very low. Help me please and tell, how can I disable this configuration menu and get full access to CLI?

The CLI became avaliable in version 1.1 and above. I suggest you update your firmware.
