Switches - Small Business

We want to repurpose some 3750s & 3560s switches we have. Is setting up a cluster simular to setting up switch stack? Can we create a switch stack with various types of switches, say (2) 3750s & (2) 3560s?

I have tried multiple times to download Switch Startup Configs for my SG500's.  Through HTTPS/HTTP I continually get a "Failed-Network Error".  I have tried this using multiple browser.  Has anyone ever had this issue?
