Link Aggregation FLAPs on the Switch SG300

Gentlemen ,
The Company Network which work has fluctuated in Po interfaces ( Link Aggregation ) .
Only port Link Aggregation oscillate , the others are working properly.
Can someone help me?
Has anyone ever experienced this?
The interfaces of both the Switch as well as the servers are manually configured for speed 1Gbps Full Duplex
The aggregation links are part of VMWARE (IBM Virtual Machine) Servers.
