Meantime between failure numbers

Hello people,

My name is Mike. Its the first time Im using the Cisco Support Community.

Im looking for the MTBF numbers of 3 Cisco products.

Sometimes they are provided in the datasheet, but for these products I couldnt find them.

Ive contacted the Cisco 'helpdesk' many times. But its hopeless.

So I hope I could get an answer here.

I need the MTBF numbers of the following devices:

-Cisco SB SG 300-10;

-Cisco SB SG 200-20;

-Cisco SB SF 100-16.

Still waiting on the _exact_ number but in the meantime can tell you that for similar products the MTBF is 70,000 hours, which should provide a reference point. Hope this helps.
