MTBF Switch SB SG 100-16

My name is Christophe . Its the first time Im using the Cisco Support Community.

Im looking for the MTBF numbers of 1 Cisco products.

Sometimes they are provided in the datasheet, but for this product I couldnt find them.

Ive contacted the Cisco 'helpdesk' many times. But its hopeless.

So I hope I could get an answer here.

I need the MTBF numbers of the following devices:

-Cisco SB SG 100-16 ;

Hello,

It is  >100,000 and for similar old product SR2016 it was 141,105 hours.
