Md. Mohashin, I am a Cisco Engineer from the Small Business department.
I have reviewed your inquiry and I am not clear enough of the issue that you are experiencing, is the switch not providing PoE to these devices? In addition, provide more details about the devices that you are connecting to the SG300-28PP in that way I can verify if they are compatible.
Do not hesitate to let me know if you need any further information/assistance.

Dear Ingrid Aragon
Thanks for your reply. Yes dear the switch is not providing PoE to these devices. So far I know this switch is 802.3 af IEEE complaint. And our using Radio devices also compatible same IEEE 802.3 af. So I feel may this is configuration issue. Please help me about issue and share with me some configuration example.

Md. Mohashin,
Ok, thanks for the information provided.
The first workaround that I will suggest is to make sure that the latest firmware version is installed on the switch (version 1.4.7.06).
- If the issue persists after the firmware and boot code upgrade, show these commands and provide the results.
#show tech
#show power inline
#show power inline consumption
