Password Change? -> WS-3750X-48PF-S V02 [Recovery Not Necessary]

Hi Cisco Community!

I am trying to change the password on a WS-3750X-48PF-S V02 Switch. In theory (assuming our password list is correct) I do not need to recover a password because I have the current root credential level password.

I am able to access the Switch physically if needed. The switch is setup on a Machine IP Address. I can see the Monitor the router (and the sub-directories within) - HTML access to the command line interface at level 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15.

However when I click on Web console I get the prompt: 404 Not Found.

Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time and support.

 - You need to have the switch installed with a  version of the web based management software distribution;  check the flash directory and see if there is a html directory or not.
