this is the first time I work with switch
I created 3 VLANs in switch VLAN 10 for pcs (native VLAN)
VLAN 20 for voice (telephone)
VLAN 30 for access points
all interfaces have trunk type
all interfaces in VLAN 10 are untagged
and in VLAN 20 are tagged
I linked the switch with the server, the server is responsible for distribution IP to telephones and pcs (DHCP )
my problem is when plug telephone to switch (ex: port number 9 or any port) it worked well and can take IP from the specific IP rung of the telephone but when I unplug telephone and plug pc in the same port (ex: port number 9 ) it can't take the IP address and can not work
port number 9 appears
in VLAN 20 as tagged
in VLAN 10 excluded
in VLAN 1 untagged
then I need to change the type of port to untagged to linking to pc (every time I need to do that)
this happening in all ports not just in port 9
anybody can help me with this problem
please I need a help

Hi,
What is the switch model you are using? As you have defined the VLAN 10 for data and DHCP server is defined for that then please use the VLAN 10 as untagged on the switch ports where you want to connect the PCs.

What is the switch model you are using? cisco switch sg350-52port
As you have defined the VLAN 10 for data and DHCP server is defined for that then please use the VLAN 10 as untagged on the switch ports where you want to connect the PCs.
yes that what exactly I did, but as I said (unplug telephone and plug pc in the same port (ex: port number 9 ) it can't take the IP address and can not work) I need change type of port every time

Hi,
In your previous comment you have mentioned you have untagged the VLAN 1 and excluded VLAN 10 on the switch port.
Please do the following on the SG350 switch…
