The lowest PoE port model is the 100 and 200 (8 port models). Please see the model comparison chart on the product pages:

Check out SG200-08P (SLM2008T), SG110D-08HP or SF110D-08HP. They're all 8 port switches with 4 ports supporting PoE. The 200 series is a smart switch with basic management capabilities, while the 110 series is unmanaged, plug and play.
