Problem with getting DHCP ip over SF300-24 Switch

Hello. I have a network like diagram below.

I have to Vlans. Vlan 40 for IP phones and Vlan 190 for pc.

In the first switch, there is no problem and the pc acquires the IP address without any problem.

But, in the second switch the pc gets an APIPA.

Can anyone guide me with the problem please?

Make sure Ge3 port bot the side Trunk config,. (new switch try disable smart port config globally)
