Programming the 3560 and the SG300

Can the same scripts be used to program the 3560 as well as the SG300 switches?

What are the differences between the switches from a programming perspective?

I haven't used the SG300 much, but I thought it only had a GUI configuration.  The 3560 [for the most part] has only a CLI and runs IOS.

So radically different.
